Want to know how to make money in the music industry - "connect with your fans and give them a reason to buy". It's simple, or at least Michael Masnick believes so when he explains 'The Trent Reznor case study' - it's 15 minutes long, but you can listen to it in the background, nothing really moves! Once seen you can decide to agree or disagree with me that Trent Reznor has built this 'free model' on top of the very traditional model that the music industry has exploited for the last 80 or so years.
